LaceBeGone Safety & Removal FAQ
For LaceBeGone Lace Adhesive and Lace Remover, in both small and large sizes. Always follow the directions and warnings on your product label. Individual skin sensitivities vary.
Should I patch test before use?
Patch test both the adhesive and remover separately before full use, following each product's label instructions. Do not proceed with full application if redness, itching, burning, swelling, or irritation develops. A patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not occur later.
Can I apply these products to broken or irritated skin?
No. Do not apply adhesive or remover to broken, irritated, or inflamed skin. Wait until the area has healed before using either product.
What should I do if I experience itching or burning?
Stop using the product immediately. Do not reapply it or apply another product to irritated skin. Follow the label's removal and care instructions, and seek professional medical advice if you are unsure how to remove the adhesive without worsening irritation.
How do I remove my lace gently?
Follow the LaceBeGone Lace Remover label directions, including any stated application amount and waiting time. Gently release the lace only once the adhesive bond has loosened. Do not pull, tug, or force the lace off. Once lace glue is removed use mild soap and water to remove rest of glue residue.

If itching, burning, redness, swelling, or other irritation persists after you stop using the product, seek professional medical advice before using it again.
